    Linda, is the Highline only online? Or are you also supposed to recieve one in the mail if you are a member? Thanks. Carol

      The Highline is first distributed to the we and as a PDF. You have the option of viewing it sooner online. We also send it in black and white news print form to your street address you registered as a member of BCHO.
